What is Hobility Premium Member ?
  • Is a website membership program, allow member to collect Hobi Points (HP) through online and physical shop purchasing
  •  Collected Hobi points (HP) can be used to purchase any items from the website (NOT physical shop)
  • Premium member is able enjoy weekly promotion
  • Every premium member is awarded a Hobility Premium Member card, it is used to redeem weekly promotion
  •  The member card is not allow to transfer to any other members
  • A new member card is awarded to existing member in every 3 months
  • Weekly promotion is applied in the stated date period only, any purchasing order after the weekly promotion period, will be replaced with the next upcoming weekly promotion
  • Weekly promotion purchasing is applied online and physical shop

How should I purchase from the website if I do not have any credit or debit cards?

You may contact us before the purchasing of the items. Our support team will assist you with others alternative payment methods such as bank transfer, cash deposit, e-wallet and etc

What kinds of payment methods do you accepting?

The transaction may go through our payment gateway at the website, credit or debit card, online banking and e-wallet.

Do you post International?

Due of the pandemic COVID-19. Currently we do not post international.

Can you ship internationally?

No, we don’t. It is due to the restriction of posting in our local authority as a result of COVID-19 pandemic.

Can i self collect at your outlet?

Yes, you can self collect your purchased items at our outlet. Please contact us once you make the payment or drop a note to us when you checkout.
