You cannot transfer your Hobi point from your current account to another account or your friend account.

How to redeem my Hobility Points?

You can redeem any products as a discount in hobility.com during “Checkout”.

But you cannot redeem (discount) in Event Tickets categories. Like CF Tickets.

 

When is Hobility Points expire?

That’s no expire date for Hobility Points.

How to get extra Hobility points?

We are giving 1000 points for the “First Register” user and Birthday boy or girl.

 

What’s Hobility Points?

Every RM1 you spend in hobility.com. You able to earn 1 Hobility Point (Shipping fees is excluded)

 

When is the Pre-Order item arrive?

We will mention the release date of the item. But some other items might delayed or take longer time to reach Malaysia.

Do you refund my Pre-Order?

We will refund your Pre-Order deposit or Full Payment. If the items canceled by the Manufacture.

How i know is my Pre-Order item arrive?

Our stock is updated daily. Please check back frequently for updates on items listed as out of stock.

Can I change my order once it’s been placed?

It is possible to change an order that has not yet shipped (note that orders generally ship within 24 hours). If you would like to change your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate you.

How can I pay for my order?

We accept payment through Credit card, Online Transfer or Paypal. For more details please refer to our Payment method.

How do you charge for shipping?

All items are shipped from our Malaysia warehouse, and shipping is charged by a flat rate by weight of package. Larger, heavier items will cost more to ship than smaller, lighter weight items. Grouping items together will lower your per-item costs for shipping. The same applies for Sabah and Sarawak.

Will my order arrive well packaged?

Yes! Your package will be very well packaged and will be sent with all the necessary care 😉
