Before we start , I think its only proper that we do a little explainer and overview of what is a Cu-Poche. Ok? Great!

The best way for me to say this, a Cu-Poche figure is Kotobukiya’s answer to Good Smile Company’s Nendoroid line of figures. Both line of line of figures are roughly around the same height (10cm) and cater to those who prefer chibi aesthetic.

Also, did you guys know that the word Cu-Poche is the combination of two words, cute and the French Poche meaning pocket.

This particular Cu-Poche is the Gourai Kai from Kotobukiya’s Frame Arms Girls series of model kits. Gourai features 19 points of articulation for an amazing array of posing options. Gourai comes with an array of accessories, all are interchangeable with Kotobukiya’s other Cu-Poche figures.

In short, this Cu-Poche Gourai is one those figures that are good for both play and display.
